AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER HOW WILL I BE INFORMED ABOUT MY ITEMS? 

  • Once your order is placed, we will process your order and we will email you a tracking code in 1 – 2 days.

    HOW SAFE IS IT TO ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE AND PUT MY CARD INFORMATION INTO?

    • Your card details are secure, payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant.
    • Accessories Essentials itself does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through Shopify is later remitted to ourselves. 

    ONLY PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED, WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

    • Thank you for your recent order, not to worry items often arrive in different packages, we work with many suppliers, so it is normal to receive multiple items days apart.

    MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED WHAT CAN I DO?

    • We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at info@accessoriesessentials.com. Email us within 3 days of receiving your product and please include pictures of the damages.
    • We will get that taken care of immediately as long as you make us aware ASAP.

    CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS FOR A REFUND?

    • We only allow returns for refunds on damaged items.
    • Please be sure to email us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for the return. Please be aware you will have to incur the charges for shipping the product back to us.
